Looking back over the last year, some highlights stand out. For me, it’s when we got our dog and all the ways big and small we spent time together as a family. Work highlights included writing more often and finishing my continuing education study to get re-certified as a coach with the International Coach Federation. I won’t even begin to think about the political highlights, or I’ll get too worked up to finish writing this final post of 2019.
One of my favorite things to do at the end of the year is to look at Google Analytics and see what posts I’ve written over the last 7+ years resonate most with people. I’m a big fan of looking back to plan forward.
It’s interesting to see what people searched for over the last 12 months, and when this blog popped up to add value and fill the gap.
The general theme is that people want to elevate their life, leadership, and success. They not only want specific strategies, like how to use a planner but also support as they strive to change their lives and get off their hamster wheels.

Alli,
So many of your posts resonate with me and that in itself is an interesting phenom, how and why people connect easily and well around what kinds of themes and topics. One of the things that you do so well is use a personal story/experience with the topic that is the focus of any particular blog.
All I can say is keep up your good work and I’ll be here, cheering from the sidelines. Thanks for sharing 2019 and we’ll look ahead to 2020 and see what we can make of it . Best wishes to you and your family for a banner year in all things great and small.
